The Deal Alert Deal Board tracks and scores online business listings from the four largest brokers — Empire Flippers, Acquire.com, Flippa, and Quiet Light — every morning at 7am. Each listing receives a deal score from 0 to 100 based on asking price relative to SDE, traffic quality, revenue concentration, trend, and seller terms.
Most buyers rely on email newsletters from individual brokers. The problem is every subscriber on that list sees the same deal at the same time. By the time you respond, the first wave of buyers has already sent LOIs. Deal Alert solves this by scoring and ranking every new listing the moment it appears, so subscribers see which deals are worth their time before the crowd piles in.
Each listing is scored across five dimensions: multiple fairness (is the asking price reasonable for the category and size?), traffic quality (what percentage comes from organic search vs. paid or social?), revenue concentration (does one customer or channel make up more than 40% of revenue?), trend direction (is the business growing, flat, or declining over the last 12 months?), and seller terms (does the deal include earnouts, seller financing, or transition support?).
A score of 80 or above indicates a deal that passes the core underwriting filters serious buyers use. Scores below 60 typically indicate one or more structural issues — an inflated multiple, heavy customer concentration, or declining revenue — that would warrant a deeper pass before engaging the broker.
Empire Flippers is the largest curated marketplace for online businesses, focused on vetted listings above $50k. Acquire.com covers early-stage startups and micro-SaaS businesses, often with MRR under $10k. Flippa is the largest volume marketplace, covering content sites, apps, domains, and ecommerce stores across all price ranges. Quiet Light focuses on established, profitable businesses in the $500k–$5M range with a brokered, advisor-led process.
Deal Alert subscribers receive a ranked digest each morning showing which new listings scored highest overnight, along with a brief AI-generated rationale for each score. Free users can browse scores on the board. Paid subscribers receive the full digest, filters by score and category, and direct links to broker listings before they appear in the general email blast.
