The story
I built what I needed.
I was checking four broker dashboards every morning — Empire Flippers, Flippa, Acquire.com, Quiet Light. Manually. Every day. A B2B SaaS at a fair multiple lists at 9am. By the time I found it mid-afternoon, the seller had 11 buyer inquiries and no reason to negotiate. I wasn't losing on price — I was losing on information latency.
So I automated it. One script that pulls every new listing, scores it against real benchmarks, cross-checks domain history, and sends a ranked digest at 7am. I started sending it to a few people doing the same manual search. They asked for their own copy. That's how this started.
