The story

Deal Alert AI started with a simple observation: most online business deals close before most buyers even know they exist. Empire Flippers posts a quality listing at 9am. By noon, a deal group has already seen it, run their numbers, and sent an LOI. If you're checking manually — you're last.

We built an AI that runs every morning so subscribers aren't last. It scores listings on 20+ factors, cross-checks seller claims against domain history and traffic signals, and sends the ranked results before the market moves. We've now run over 4,200 analyses and have 847 active subscribers across SaaS, FBA, content sites, agencies, and newsletters.

The product is built to earn trust — every analysis shows its reasoning, not just a number. Every partnership is disclosed. And the tools are free because a confident buyer makes better decisions, and better decisions are good for the entire market.

How we make money

We run a diversified revenue model — no single point of failure, which is how we intend to keep it. Everything is disclosed, and nothing we earn changes the deal scores or recommendations we show users.
