By using Deal Alert AI you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Deal Alert AI provides AI-powered financial intelligence alerts covering online business acquisitions, mortgage timing, RSU & stock windows, lease renewals, insurance shopping, and other recurring financial decisions. Listing and market data is sourced from third-party public sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any marketplace or data provider we monitor.
2. Not Financial Advice
AI-generated deal scores and summaries are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before making any acquisition. Past performance of businesses listed on third-party marketplaces does not guarantee future results.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Monthly and yearly plans are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled.
- Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. If you experience a technical issue preventing access within your first 7 days, contact us at hello@dealalert.ai for a full refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish digest content without permission.
- Use the service to scrape, aggregate, or build competing products.
- Share account credentials with others.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Availability
We aim to deliver digests daily at 7am but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Empire Flippers API availability, email delivery, and system maintenance may occasionally affect timing. We are not liable for missed digests.
7. AI Disclosure
Deal notes and deal scores are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic, PBC). AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. You should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Deal Alert AI brand, logo, and platform are owned by Deal Alert AI. Market data originates from third-party public sources and remains their respective property. AI-generated alerts and summaries are provided to subscribers for personal use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal Alert AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on our service or AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
